All payments made for services, memberships, or investment introductions are generally non-refundable once access is provided, consultation is rendered, or listings are shared.
2. No Refunds in the Following Cases
- You change your mind after purchasing a service or membership
- You fail to use our services or log in to the platform
- You provide incorrect or incomplete personal/investment information
- You did not receive expected investment returns (we do not promise guaranteed returns)
- You were dissatisfied with a partner developer, agent, or property after being connected (we are a referral platform only)
3. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered due to a fault on our part
- You were charged more than once for the same service
- You cancel your subscription before any benefit or access has been provided
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
